2. Digital Products (Design Services)
All digital design products or services (such as digital invitations, graphic designs, templates, or other downloadable items) are non-refundable once the final file has been approved and delivered to the customer.
Refunds or cancellations for digital products may only be considered if:
- The order has not yet been started, or
- There is a technical issue preventing delivery of the product.
Once the design is approved and the final files are sent, no refund or revision requests will be accepted, except in cases of proven service error by Ben Multimedia.
3. Physical Products (Printing Services)
We take great care to ensure that all printed products meet the highest quality standards.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may be eligible for a replacement or partial refund under the following conditions:
Eligible Cases for Return/Refund
- Incorrect print caused by our production error
- Defective printing quality (e.g., color inconsistency, misalignment, or material damage)
- Damage caused during production (not shipping misuse)
Ineligible Cases
- Errors resulting from incorrect design approval by the customer
- Damage due to mishandling after delivery
- Minor variations in color or texture due to printing tolerances
- Delays caused by courier or third-party logistics
Return Procedure
- You must notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, clear photos/videos of the defective product, and a brief explanation of the issue.

- Once reviewed and approved, we will inform you of the next steps – whether replacement or refund applies.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
We reserve the right to reject any claim that does not meet these conditions.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued via the same payment method used during purchase (bank transfer, e-wallet, or QRIS).
- Refunds typically take 3–10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
- We do not cover transaction fees or courier costs for non-defective returns.
